The Fayetteville, Georgia house that was used as a set in the hit Netflix show “Stranger Things” is looking for a new owner.
Although it’s far from the show’s fictional location of Hawkins, Indiana, diehard fans will still immediately recognize the property as the one used as the Byers’ home in the beloved science-fiction series.
“My phone’s been blowing up,” agent Michael Smith, with EXP Realty LLC, told The Post of the reaction since the 1,846-square-foot ranch-style home listed for $300,000 this week.

“I’m a super fan of the show and you know, I thought it was gonna be big — but I didn’t realize it would be that big.”
"Since the show was aired fans have traveled far and wide, almost daily, just to drive by and get a picture," notes the listing, adding that the popularity of the property gives it great Airbnb potential.
In order to get the house into Airbnb-able shape, though, Smith estimates that, in addition to the purchase price, the buyer will need to sink an additional $50,000 to $100,000 into the 100-plus-year-old single-story spread for repairs.
