Ice Cube just announced his ‘Truth To Power: 4 Decades of Attitude’ tour that will send him to arenas all over North America from September through October.
The 22-concert run, his first official headlining jaunt since 2011’s ‘I Am The West Tour,’ kicks off at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Thursday, Sept. 4.
“I’m giving y’all something special, something real with the Truth to Power Tour 2025,” the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee shared on Instagram. “If you ever seen me before, don’t sleep on this one.”
In a statement, the “Friday” star and Big3 founder added “Truth to Power is more than a tour — it’s a 40-year celebration. The world needs truth. The people need power. And that’s what my music brings. It’s gonna be next level to go from city to city with a major production unlike anything I’ve ever done before.”
While no announcements have been made about what he’ll perform at these “major productions,” fans will likely be treated to a mix of NWA classics like “Straight Outta Compton, “F— tha Police,’ and ‘Gangsta Gangsta’ as well as solo hits “It Was A Good Day,” “I Rep That West” and “Go To Church” along with cuts from his critically-acclaimed 2024 album “Man Down” based on our findings from a recent show in Australia on Set List FM.
And, in case you were worried, expect Westside Connection’s “Gangsta Nation,” too.
Prior to the tour, the 55-year-old Hip-Hop icon (and inspiration for the 2015 “Straight Outta Compton” film) will headline at Napa, CA’s annual BottleRock Festival on Saturday, May 24. Fellow big names joining him on the lineup include Green Day, Justin Timberlake, Public Enemy, E-40 and Flo Rida.
Fans can purchase tickets for all upcoming Ice Cube shows on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale for the ‘Truth To Power: 4 Decades of Attitude’ tour is Friday, April 18.

The 2025 BottleRock Festival goes down on May 23-25 aka Memorial Day weekend at Napa, CA’s Napa Valley Expo this year.

On Nov. 22, 2024, Ice Cube dropped his 11th solo studio album “Man Down.
Longtime fans will be pleasantly surprised to find that the rapper/actor still has the goods well into his 50s. The samples go down smooth, Cube’s flow is as impeccable as ever and, as an added bonus, he brought in a deep bench of big names like Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, Killer Mike, Xzibit and Too $hort to assist him on the record.
The lead single — which cribs from Al Green’s “Love and Happiness” — is a head-boppin’ blast from the past that wouldn’t sound out of place on the radio or in the club. Other favorites include the silly, tropical, feature-heavy “She’s Sanctified,” shockingly urgent “3 Lil Piggies” and throwback, Motown-inspired “Ghetto Story.”
Don’t sleep on the infectious Afrika Bambaata-sounding “Especially You” or heavy-handed but fun diss track “Talkin’ Bout These Rappers” either. They’re both excellent.
